Excellent service, expert market knowledge and worth the extra fee! I recently invited MR Kola, to my house for a valuation and to list it on the market along with several other local agents and Purple Bricks! Despite there being a shift to online agents and standards dropping, MR Kola still managed to uphold an excellent service as well as excellent market knowledge. MR Kola whom attended the valuation, put mine and my wife’s mind at ease and also made recommendations on refurbishments, to get the most out of our sale price. He was also kind enough to arrange the works on our behalf. Despite the fee being a little above the market rate, the service we received, before, during and the aftercare sales was worth the extra fee. Having spoke to fellow vendors in our peer group whom used other agents they did not receive the level of service myself and wife did during what could have been a very stressful time.
