Thank you for looking me up. I’ll get straight to the point.

If your reasons for choosing an agent are based on competence, rest assured, I’m as competent as the ‘best’. But, it’s not enough!

Most vendors don’t have all the facts when they choose any agent. They hope it will be the right decision, but they need reassurance – that the agent they choose can be trusted. They need transparency. Transparency that is often in short supply.

So, as you’ll see below, this is Who I am and this is what matters most to me.

Estate Agents up and down the country have a bad rep – let’s be honest about this. My approach to Estate Agency is very different to most. So, when it comes to comparing myself to others, I simply cannot do this. This can only be possible, if you find me someone like me.

Selling a property can be an exciting, nervous and exhilarating experience. Whichever way it goes, please know I’m on hand to help you every step of the way.

For me, property is not the motivating factor. Property isn’t the exciting commodity like it is for for most agents. Why?

Property is just that. It’s property. Bricks & mortar.

Life is short, we are not taking our properties or wealth with us.

So, what’s that got to do with anything?

Property is simply byproduct in my business. It’s the platform that allows me to reach you. So, for me, it’s all about people. You. I am here to serve you to the best of my ability and provide you with the best outcome on price and service. That’s what’s it’s all about and that’s what motivates me most.

If you are shopping around for an agent based on who will drop their fee the lowest, or who will falsely over value your home to win your signature then that’s a battle we are happy to lose. I created my Bespoke Estate Agency to find and work with like minded individuals who value good service, recognise the importance of good relationships & fluent communication. Sellers, who ultimately, understand that we are a team – working toward the same objective. I only work with a handful of clients at any given time to be able to provide what I set out to do.
